In its effort to assist organisations assessing whether their transfers of personal data from the European Union (EU) to the United States (U.S.) offer an adequate level of protection in light of the recent challenges posed by the Schrems-II decision, the U.S. Government has prepared a White Paper highlighting the limits and safeguards in the United States pertaining to government access to data.
