RSM has a unit that specialises in providing services to remote gaming operators. Staff in this unit are provided with on-going training to keep abreast of changes and developments happening in this industry both locally and overseas. We also participate on a regular basis in the local and international industry fora.

The Lotteries and Other Games Act, supplemented by gaming regulations, governs all forms of gaming in Malta. The Malta Gaming Authority established under the Act is responsible for issuing gaming licenses, ascertaining that licensees are fit and proper persons to carry out the functions relative to gaming, ensuring that licensees comply with all of their license conditions and that games and gaming are kept free of criminal activity.
