Nina is a commercially astute and strategically focused HR leader with more than 25 years’ experience across financial services and legal environments, and joined RSM International in September 2024.

Nina is recognised for building strong partnerships with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance and engagement. A trusted adviser to Boards and Executive Committees, Nina brings broad generalist expertise spanning organisational design, reward, employee relations, culture, diversity and inclusion, and regulatory frameworks. She is known for her pragmatic approach, motivational leadership style and ability to navigate complex change with sensitivity and clarity.

Nina works closely with divisional leaders to shape and deliver effective people strategies. Nina’s remit includes workforce planning, succession and career development, performance management, employee engagement, reward and benefits, organisational change and complex employee relations matters. Nina also supports strategic projects, policy development, payroll oversight and the continuous review of HR practices to ensure they remain fit for purpose and aligned with business objectives.

In her spare time, Nina enjoys taking holidays abroad with her family, keeping fit and listening to Audible books whilst walking her chocolate Labrador. Nina serves as a School Foundation Governor and Chair at a local primary school since 2019, demonstrating a strong commitment to community involvement and education. Nina also has a keen interest in wellbeing and mental health, reflected in her Mental Health First Aid qualifications.
