Elena Stylianou
Managing Partner, Greece
Elena Stylianou is the Managing Partner of RSM Greece's Advisory and Outsourcing practice. She also leads the firm's People Advisory Services, overseeing HR Consulting & Executive Search, Payroll Services, and the Labour Law team.
Elena joined RSM Greece in 2009, bringing international experience in executive search and leadership advisory from Ridgeway Partners in London and Rowlands International in Luxembourg, where she specialised in C-suite and Board appointments. Her professional experience spanned across several geographic locations including Singapore, India, the Middle East and the wider Benelux region.
Since July 2024, Elena has served as Chair of RSM Europe and has been a Director of the RSM International Board since January 2026.
Throughout her career, Elena has advised organisations across a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, energy, pharmaceuticals, aviation, shipping, banking, manufacturing and professional services. Her expertise includes executive search, organisational design, restructuring, corporate governance, board effectiveness, leadership assessment and organisational culture.
In 2016, Elena established RSM Greece's Payroll Services Department, developing it into one of the country's leading payroll practices. She became Managing Partner in 2020 and has played a key role in the firm's growth, whilst at the same time maintaining an active role in regional and international initiatives across the RSM network.
Outside RSM, Elena has served since June 2023 as a Governor, Trustee and Non-Executive Director of St Catherine's British School in Athens. She is also a Founding Member and Non-Executive Director of the Association of Cypriot Professionals in Greece and of The Boardroom in Greece.
Elena holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University of London. She is a qualified Psychometric Test Administrator accredited by the British Psychological Society and is currently completing the Institute of Directors' Chartered Director Programme.
