Veronica works as Senior Consultant in RSM Advokatfirma AS (law firm), which is affiliated with the audit and advisory firm RSM Norge AS and serves both as a legal department for the audit firm and as an independent law firm, focusing mainly on tax, VAT, company law/structuring, real estate, construction and building, and transactions.

Veronica assists with simple corporate transactions, including registrations with the Norwegian Companies Register. In addition, she assists with following up the company’s anti-money laundering routines and other company routines. She assists with translations from Norwegian to English and works with the company’s environmental certification.
