Ahmed Saleem

Ahmed started at RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants in 2005 as a junior associate and progressed to become an Executive Director – Audit & Assurance in 2016 after advancing within the firm.

As an Executive Director, he effectively manages the audit & assurance function by setting priorities, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining effective communications both inside and outside the firm to ensure that all deadlines are met. He thrives to stay up to date with latest developments in his field to provide his clientele the best advice in terms of accounting/reporting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

He has to his credit of working with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, and financial services. His experience spans both internal and external auditing, allowing him to gain a comprehensive understanding of different auditing environments and the unique challenges they present.

He is actively involved in Business Development on pan Pakistan basis along with the Deputy Managing Partner at RSM Pakistan.

He finds fulfillment in challenging assignments with strict deadlines. He is passionate about developing his team and giving autonomy so that the team develops as a whole unit. He is very vocal about succession planning and passing on leadership to the next generations.

 Beyond RSM, Ahmed enjoys travelling with his friends and family, socialising and investing in stocks.
