Aqeel Zahid

Aqeel Zahid is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with more than twenty years of experience spanning ERP leadership, strategic business management, business process re-engineering and digital transformation. He serves as Partner, Technology and Enterprise Solutions at RSM Pakistan, where he leads advisory and implementation services for clients seeking to modernize and optimize their enterprise operations.

Aqeel’s career reflects a strong blend of industry leadership and consulting depth. Before joining RSM, he held senior management roles, including CFO and Director Finance positions in multinational organizations. This exposure to real-world operational challenges enables him to approach ERP and transformation engagements with a practical, results-driven mindset. Over the years, he has delivered numerous ERP solutions locally and offshore, with a particular focus on organizations operating in complex, multi-entity and multi-regulatory environments.

His technical experience covers the full lifecycle of enterprise solutions, from evaluation and design to deployment, training and post-go-live optimization. He has extensive hands-on experience with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP, advising clients on technology architecture, process alignment, reporting frameworks and governance structures that support long-term operational excellence.
