Muhammad Arif Saeed

Arif is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the IIA (U.S.). He also holds a master’s degree in Islamic Finance from INCEIF, Malaysia (A Global University of Islamic Finance). Apart from these, he also has two certifications from The Auditing and Accounting Organization of Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) i.e. Certified Sharia Adviser and Auditor (CSAA) and Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA). 

Since 2007, he is working as Managing Partner at Afghanistan's operations of RSM International member firm Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountant. He has more than twenty (20) years of extensive experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Accounting Services, Afghan Tax Services and Business Planning and Islamic finance. 

He has managed and supervised a diverse list of different nature of assignments for international funding agencies (like USAID, UN, EU, World Bank, ADB etc.), NGOs, government of Afghanistan, public sector, and private sector. He is a well know trainer in Afghanistan and have trained more than 200 people on IFRS, Internal Audit, Islamic banking, and finance. He has been delivering teaching classes to ACCA students in Afghanistan.
