With over 12 years of diversified professional experience, I bring deep expertise in international BPO delivery, back-office operations, and ERP-driven digital transformation, supported by a strong legal background. I hold a law degree (LLB) and a Master’s in Law (MPhil – Commercial Laws), which enables me to approach service delivery with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and operational discipline across multiple jurisdictions.
In my current role as Director at RSM Pakistan, I oversee Back-Office (BPO) Services for the Lahore office, focusing on operational leadership, delivery quality, process optimization, and cross-border service execution. I work closely with engagement teams and international stakeholders to ensure consistent, scalable, and reliable service delivery.
A core area of specialization is international BPO services, drawing on experience gained prior to joining RSM Pakistan, where I have managed and delivered large-scale back-office operations, including:
• Delivery of bookkeeping, accounts, VAT, payroll, and corporate compliance services for 500+ UK-based clients of a leading accountancy firm
• Management of a similarly sized client portfolio in Ireland, ensuring consistent service quality and operational control across jurisdictions
Additionally, I have led and supported audit support services for KSA-based firms, with hands-on proficiency in platforms such as 1Audit, CCH, and CaseWare, contributing to efficient engagement execution and quality assurance.
