Biography

Claire joined RSM US LLP in 2013 after more than 17 years working in the audit practice of US Big Four firms. While at RSM US, Claire worked in the Office of Risk Management across various areas, including audit quality, PCAOB inspections, regulatory compliance, and as the head of ethics and independence. Claire joined RSM International as the Global Leader, Quality and Risk, in December 2025.

As the Leader for Quality & Risk, Claire works closely with the GEO team and the leadership of Member Firms to develop and implement RSM’s quality and risk tools, policies, and procedures that support the global strategy. Claire focuses on helping Member Firms maintain the highest levels of quality and compliance while growing their client base and turnover/revenue.

Claire is passionate about helping Member Firms implement strategies, programmes, and technologies that enable them to efficiently and effectively maintain high quality and achieve regulatory compliance. This, in turn, allows Member Firms to grow their practices and provide an excellent talent experience for their people. Claire is committed to supporting her RSM colleagues in achieving personal growth and professional success in their roles, encouraging them to use their unique skills and expertise, which ultimately brings value to RSM clients.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family and pets and has a passion for travel. She is highly competitive and loves running on the beach with her husband, Rob, and their dog, Coco. Claire also dedicates a significant amount of time to volunteering within the elder community and tending to her garden.
