Eileen Turkot

Market Leader - Latin America

Biography 

Eileen joined RSM US in 2010. After working her way through the ranks of the firm she became a Director in the Global Strategy team in 2019. The following year Eileen joined RSM International as the Regional Leader for Latin America. 

As the Market Leader for Latin America, Eileen works closely with the leadership of Member Firms within the region to implement RSM’s global strategy. Eileen’s focus is helping Member Firms grow their international client base; develop and retain their talent; and drive the adoption of common methods and processes in order to provide seamless, high-quality service to clients wherever they do business. 

Eileen is most passionate about helping Member Firms to implement new strategies, programmes, or technologies which will enable them to grow their practice and provide a great talent experience for their people. Eileen enjoys supporting her RSM colleagues to achieve personal growth and professional success in their roles and which encourages them to use their unique skills and expertise, which ultimately brings value to RSM clients. 

Eileen is also passionate about the global nature of our work in assisting business leaders to enter new markets with the help of RSM advisers, and collaborating on diverse, multicultural teams.

Outside of work Eileen likes to spend time with her family and loves to travel. She's very competitive and enjoys playing sports, especially tennis and CrossFit. She is also a licensed foster parent and is passionate about advocating for children in care. To support this cause, she is a board member of a non-profit organisation in the US called Let It Be Us – which is a child welfare organisation that runs programs to improve life outcomes for children in foster care.
