The power of knowledge

We offer a wide range of training courses and seminars to educate our personnel. 

In 2023, each team member received an average of 40 hours of training.
 

Education

Supporting next generation leaders 

We have been supporting the next generation of leaders by assisting the top universities in Cyprus. Our efforts included attending career fairs, coaching students on their professional plans, and participating in events organised by ACCA and ICAEW. 

Through our RSM NextGen Leadership program, undergraduate students gained practical knowledge and challenged themselves with carefully drafted case studies from our professionals. 

In the ICAEW100 competition, we honoured the student who excelled in the skills of Resilient Performance. 

Moreover, we presented the RSM Award of Excellence to exceptional students who excelled in their studies at Uclan University and Neapolis Pafos.

Internship Program

Our internship program is carefully designed to empower, challenge and inspire next-generation leaders to unveil and test their knowledge and potential in a real working environment.   

New leaders

In 2022, we welcomed Andreas Tsangaris as a Senior Audit Manager on our team. Andreas leads a team that provides audit and assurance services. 

Andreas Agathocleous, our Paphos offices' Accounting and VAT Director, also joined our Board of Directors team.

 

International Conferences

We supported the 6th Cyprus International Tax Conference and were honoured to be the Platinum Sponsor of the 9th International Funds Summit and Expo. Through these international events, we had the opportunity to share our insights on several business and financial matters, meet with colleagues, and respond to clients' challenging questions. Moreover, we were proud supporters of the 8th Cyprus Professional Services Conference, which brought together distinguished industry experts and thought leaders from the Cyprus professional services sector. We also joined the panellist discussion on the 16th NextGen Payments and RegTech Forum and presented our insights on the Next Digital Revolution together with other notable speakers.

"Even the smallest act of kindness can significantly impact someone's life." Through various types of donations, we have provided our help to Europa Donna, the Fundraising Charity Organisation, the School for the Deaf and other people in need. 

We have also supported the project "You Reforest Cyprus | We Plan to Save the Climate" of the independent organisation Green Shield.  

Pro bono services 

We offered pro bono auditing services to the Cyprus Third Age Observatory to enhance their work in supporting the elderly to remain active, and enjoy a balanced way of life. 

In addition, we offered pro bono auditing services to the Apop Basketball Club as well. 

Successfully certified with ISO/IEC 27001:2013

We have successfully been certified with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 by BSI, an internationally recognised and experienced independent assessor of best practices. This certification is another proof of our dedication to providing the best possible customer experience and ensuring our clients' needs are met.

For a consecutive year, we have maintained our status as an "employer of choice" certified by Great Place to Work Cyprus, and we have also ranked in the list of the 20 Cyprus Best Workplaces of 2023.
 

5 Years Membership Anniversary Award

We proudly received from Jean Stephens, Global CEO, and Gregor Schmidt, European Leader of RSM International, the "5 years Membership Anniversary Award" at the 2023 Regional Conference, Europe.
