Product Manager BHC

Our client, BAUSCH Health Hellas, a very reputable and innovative pharmaceutical company, based in Vrilissia, Attica, is looking to hire a Product Manager to be part of their Marketing team.

Overview of the role

BAUSCH Health Hellas, attributes much of its success to the strength of their marketing division as they love building brands. The Product Manager will be responsible for the products planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing products and customer requirements, defining the products vision, and working closely with other functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager will report to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Sales teams.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • High ownership of brands, from launch planning to launch, development and growth
    of the brands.
  • Plan and execute marketing plan for the assigned products.
  • Plan and follow up annual budget and campaign for assigned products.
  • Develop promotional material and define necessary promotional activities for
    establishing products.
  • Arrange and conduct Medico – Marketing campaigns like clinical meetings, scientific seminars, Digital Group Meetings and Advisory Boards.
  • Develop and optimize our organization and products digital marketing campaigns, to
    drive growth.
  • Community management of all social media channels of the company.
  • Run Sales - Marketing meetings for better evaluation of strategy’s execution.
  • Run sales force introductory and product training.
  • Run market research for launching and existing products.
  • Engage KOLs with BHC through special activity plan.
  • Analyze sell in and sell out (IQVIA data) numbers and give constructive feedback to BUM and Marketing Manager for action plan related to them.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance & Operation for monitoring A&P and supply chain
    of products.
  • Develop Forecast model and give feedback to BUM and Marketing Manager for
    NBD activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Business Unit Manager regarding
    Rolling Forecast.
  • Lead Think Tank Teams of growth products.
  • Lead or being member of company’s development or reputation projects (Great Place to Work task force, Leadership alignment).
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition.
  • Act as a leader within the company.
  • Build strong relationship with customers (doctors, pharmacies and wholesalers).
  • Out of base travelling for building strong relations with collaborators and clients.

Required Professional Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in Marketing.
  • Experience in sector related to pharmacy channel will be appreciated.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in health, business, marketing or any other related fields.
  • Master’s Degree will be appreciated.
  • Fluent in English, being able to read and understand company communication and scientific materials.
  • Fluent in all Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM.
