ICT Business Analyst

The CCPC is seeking to recruit a ICT Business Analyst for its Corporate Services Division (CSD). 

The ICT Business Analyst is a new role in the ICT Unit positioned with particular focus on enabling and supporting the CCPC and business units on their digital transformation journey in a rapidly growing and changing environment.

Corporate Services Manager

The CCPC is seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Manager for its Corporate Services Division (CSD). 

Corporate Services Managers are responsible for the maintenance, development and management of specific functions of the Administration Unit and work with the Head of Administration, Deputy Director and the Director of Corporate Services on feeding into the overall strategy and direction of the Division.

Senior Product Safety Manager

The CCPC is seeking to recruit a Senior Product Safety Manager for its Product Safety Division (PSD). 

This is an opportunity for a high calibre, Senior Manager with relevant experience, to bring their strong leadership and management approach to a new and developing regulatory and technical division supporting the goals of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. PSD has recently expanded and is restructured into four separate Units with distinct areas of responsibility each headed by a Senior Product Safety Manager (AP)

Consumer Contacts Manager

The CCPC is seeking to recruit a Consumer Contacts Manager for its Communication Division (PSD). 

The Consumer Contacts Manager will work in the Contact Management and Analysis (CM&A) Unit which comprises three other Managers, three Contacts Executives and a Head of Unit.  It is a small team and all the managers must be adept at supporting the delivery of the Units wide ranging responsibilities. These primarily cover offering expert support and guidance to the helpline provider, reviewing and analysing the market intelligence received by the CCPC through its contacts and managing projects to improve service delivery and helpline data analysis.

Senior Analyst Investigator

The CCPC is seeking to recruit a number of Senior Analyst/Investigators for its Competition Enforcement & Mergers Division (CEM). 

The Competition Enforcement and Mergers Division (CEM) is primarily responsible for exercising the CCPC’s functions as they relate to civil competition enforcement and merger review. As a Senior Analyst / Investigator, you will be required to participate in investigations of alleged breaches of competition law under the new legislative regime which will be introduced by the Competition (Amendment) Act 2022 once enacted.

The CCPC is seeking to recruit a Senior Investigator for its Consumer Protection Division (CPD). 

This is an opportunity for an individual who wishes to contribute in a dynamic regulatory environment. A self-motivator with an ability to set and meet objectives, curious by nature, who enjoys working in a team environment and delivering results.  This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in conducting investigations within a regulatory/ enforcement agency or in private practice.
