Elisa Antonioni has extensive experience in management training, organisational development and business advisory services, developed through a long-standing entrepreneurial and managerial career.

Following the merger with the entrepreneurial venture she previously led, she joined RSM S.p.A. as a Partner, contributing to the development of the Education & People Development area and to the integration of innovative training solutions within the firm’s advisory offering.

She is recognised for her strong focus on change, innovation and the enhancement of people as a strategic driver for the sustainable growth of organisations.

Throughout her career, she has designed and led programmes in empowerment, leadership, change management and organisational resilience, supporting private companies and public institutions in competence development, performance improvement and the strengthening of organisational culture.
