Marco has almost thirty years of experience acquired in Italy, England, the United States, and the Balkans, where he has assisted Italian and foreign clients, including ministries, public bodies, and authorities in the infrastructure sector (construction of highways, railway and multimodal stations, stadiums, public works, dams) and energy, particularly renewable energy (hydroelectric, photovoltaic, solar thermal, wind, biomass - including waste - and biofuel projects) and conventional sources (oil & gas with a particular focus on LNG projects). 

Marco also has solid experience in the construction and engineering sectors, where he assists leading players and public entities in the negotiation and drafting of procurement contracts (including FIDIC standard contracts), EPC, O&M, and related guarantees, as well as in corporate and commercial law, where he assists national and multinational companies in M&A transactions.
