Biagio Rosa

Associate Partner

Biagio Rosa has been an Associate Partner at RSM since 2025. He joined the firm in 2022, bringing with him over ten years of experience in Audit, IPO and Capital Markets, with a strong track record in statutory audit and advisory services for both listed and non-listed companies.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous complex projects, including audits of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements, preparation of reporting packages, accounting transitions from OIC to IAS/IFRS, impairment tests in accordance with IAS 36, as well as the drafting of admission documents and information memoranda for companies listed on EGM markets.

Biagio has worked with national and international groups across various industries, gaining experience in cross-border contexts. He has also been engaged in academic teaching, lecturing on accounting and financial reporting topics within master’s programs and specialized courses.

Education & qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Economics, University of Salerno – with honours (110/110 cum laude)
• Member of the Milan Institute of Chartered Accountants from 2012 (Sezione A, No. 8671)
• Registered Auditor from 2012 (No. 165721)
• Lecturer at the University of Milan-Bicocca on accounting and financial reporting (OIC/IAS/IFRS)
