Throughout her career, she has led strategic training and organisational transformation projects for large industrial groups, multinational companies and central and local public administrations, coordinating structured, multi-company and multi-site programmes. She has developed solid expertise in structuring training plans funded through interprofessional funds, the European Social Fund and regional and national instruments, supporting organisations in needs analysis, executive design and governance of training initiatives.

Prior to joining RSM, she served as General Manager and Sole Director of a company specialised in training and consulting, contributing to strategic development, business growth and service innovation, with particular focus on HR advisory, corporate welfare, temporary management and organisational development.

Holding a degree in Information Sciences, she combines analytical and digital skills with a strong managerial mindset. She has long been active within the Confindustria system and the HR community, holding significant roles at both regional and national level.
