We have been active in Due Diligence and Reliance Letter issuance to Financial Institutions and Large Enterprises for over 3 years. Our specialized team performs qualitative and quantitative checks on every single file regardless of the amount of the project, and our departments also perform analytical work on the quality of counterparties through independence, risk and AML processes.

Our Reliance Letter, validated by our PPG (Professional Practice Group), includes the analysis of all the minimum necessary documents required by the latest decrees in force that are a minority compared to the actual control that is performed.

We also support counterparties with comprehensive advice that begins with the contracting phase and ends with the assignment and clearing phase. In order to guarantee the successful settlement of claims, we have also activated an Escrow Account.
