Jochem van Dijke

Jochem van Dijke has been with RSM Rotterdam since 2012. He serves a diverse client portfolio and brings extensive experience working with trading and manufacturing companies as well as service organisations, supporting both national and international clients. Beyond large and complex international organisations, he also serves the larger SME segment with a particular focus on family businesses.

Jochem doesn't think in limitations, but in challenges and solutions. With his personal approach, enthusiasm and broad experience, he connects effectively with his clients' needs. He stands for quality and a transparent approach to audit engagements, ensuring clear expectations and strong collaboration. Jochem approaches his audits from the core of the client's business, positioning himself as a sparring partner for management.

Additionally, since 2018, Jochem has been a lecturer in Auditing within the Master's and Post-Master's programmes at Nyenrode Business University. In this role, he is also responsible for the technical content of internal courses within RSM.

Beyond his role at RSM, Jochem is active as a supervisor and international futsal referee—experiences that further strengthen his leadership style, decision-making ability and governance insight.
