RSM, the leading provider of global assurance, tax and consulting services to middle market businesses, has announced the integration of a new Member Firm in Lithuania.

Audifina, the sixth largest provider of assurance, tax and consulting services in Lithuania, becomes RSM Lithuania and joins the RSM network to further expand its geographic presence, service line capability and client value proposition across the Baltic region.

The firm draws upon almost 25 years of experience, and is led by Jolanta Ruzgienė, Managing Partner, supported by a team of more than 90 professionals operating from offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

RSM Lithuania serves a diverse client base across the public and private sectors, including Lithuanian-owned businesses, entrepreneur-led businesses, start-ups and scale-ups, private equity and venture capital-backed companies, and international groups operating or expanding in Lithuania.

The firm’s team brings deep-rooted expertise across industries including technology and fintech, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, real estate, life sciences, logistics, energy and infrastructure.

The announcement comes with both the new RSM Lithuania and RSM building on strong and sustained growth trajectories. The former having earned year-on-year revenue growth of 17 percent.

Cementing RSM’s Baltics presence with a new Lithuanian Member Firm adds to the network’s 12 per cent year-on-year revenue growth in 2025 across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and its 86 per cent revenue growth across the region in the last three years.

RSM Lithuania’s integration comes following the network’s May 2026 announcement of AS RSM Latvia joining the network.
