It is well-documented that strong diversity and inclusion can enhance greater creativity in addition to strengthening the culture within organisations.

Neurodiversity is an important topic for discussion in diversity and inclusion. Embracing neurodiversity and including neurodiverse individuals in a workforce can lead to surges in morale, innovation, and creativity as it allows businesses to explore subjects in new and fascinating ways, positively impacting all employees.

Many organisations are facing the challenge of low levels of employee engagement, falling retention rates and burnout, having an impact on business process and profit. There is a great opportunity to embrace inclusion with regards to neurodiversity, and the benefit that can be gained from matching natural strengths and abilities of individuals to specialist and specific elements of certain roles.

Join RSM International’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader, Candice Eaton Gaul; and Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Vanderbilt University, Keivan Stassun, as they explore the advantages of embracing neurodiversity in the workplace.
