Oliver is an M&A Transaction Services Partner in RSM and Nordics FDD lead. He is British (ACA qualified) and has worked in a big 4 environment (first Deloitte and subsequently PwC Deals) for 15 years prior to joining RSM in early 2021. Oliver assists clients, both in the Nordics (Norway and Sweden) and internationally, with financial due diligence services, both buy and sell side, including financial vendor assistance. In addition, Oliver leads wider M&A engagements, related to strategy, valuation, business plan support and M&A execution.

Oliver has worked on numerous transactions across Norway, Sweden and Europe. Oliver has substantial experience in most sectors, including, industrial products, business services, digital marketing, aquaculture, software & SaaS, catering and food wholesale. Oliver has also led a number of IPO financial DD processes, both for Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Børs) and Euronext Growth.
