Ingar is Head of Financial Reporting Advisory at RSM in Norway, and has extensive experience in auditing and consulting for both Norwegian and international companies. He has led a number of complex projects related to exchange quotation processes, GAAP conversions and implementation of new accounting standards, and is a specialist in IFRS and Norwegian accounting rules.

Ingar has a Master's in Business and Economics and a Master's in Accounting and Audit. He holds the State Authorized Public Accountant authorization.
