Jens Ödlund

Jens is a tax lawyer, partner, and head of the Tax division at RSM Sweden, where he has worked for more than ten years.

He has extensive experience in many areas of taxation, such as the 3:12 rules, stock option programs, restructurings, acquisitions, and international tax. His assignments mainly involve owner-managed companies and international corporate groups across a wide range of industries, including IT, construction, real estate, and healthcare.

Before joining RSM Sweden, Jens worked as a case officer at the Swedish Tax Agency.
