Marte is a lawyer at RSM Advokatfirma which functions both as the legal department of the audit and advisory firm RSM Norway and as an independent law firm with the main emphasis on tax, duty, company law/structure, and transactions.

Marte works with transactions and corporate legal advice, including in the event of changes to corporate structures and other types of reorganizations, as well as drafting and negotiations of shareholder agreements, and consulting related to shareholder relations.

As a member of the company's real estate industry group, Marte has varied experience within the buying, selling, developing, and operating processes of real estate. She also has extensive experience in assisting start-up companies in an early phase, e.g. assessing the ownership and company structure and preparation of necessary contractual documents.
