Senior Manager

Petter is a Senior Manager in the RSM M&A Transaction Services team. He assists both private equity and corporate clients with a wide range of transaction advisory services, primarily focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, also covering valuations and purchase price allocations.

Petter has broad experience from working on both local and cross-border transactions. He advises clients across a wide variety of sectors, including software and technology, manufacturing, financial services and banking, aquaculture, construction, and recycle/waste management.
