Climate transition plans, which detail how a company will change in order to adapt to and limit climate change, have become more and more standard over the past few years, with their inclusion as a requirement in CSRD at the same time as large actors have begun to publish them. The natural next step after setting an emissions target is developing a concrete plan for achieving it. A transition plan details how an organization will achieve its strategic ambitions and deliver on its goals and obligations.

RSM develops transition plans following the framework developed by the Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT) working group, which gives organizations and companies guidance to ensure the development of credible, useful climate transition plans.
