Assessing the past, understanding the present and confidently planning the future
Looking back at the performance of 2022 with certainty, I feel incredibly proud to head the amazing team at RSM Cyprus, which consistently provides our clients with the highest quality of audit, tax, and consulting services.
Seizing the opportunity, I would also like to thank our clients for their trust and honest cooperation. The collaboration and the friendly relationship we have developed empower us to make better, more confident decisions that lead to success.
This year was full of challenges and had many dominant events that disturbed the markets, like the Russian invasion to Ukraine, the rising rates of inflation, the energy crisis, and the post-pandemic effects. Our team proved its resilience through supporting our clients with their needs by offering tailored business solutions.
In 2022, our target amongst others was to further excel in delivering the best practices on our services, expand our service lines, enhance our open communication with clients, offer assistance where needed, and empower our clients and people to achieve their goals.

Growth
With our commitment and focus on our client's needs, in 2022, we have achieved significant growth in both turnover and number of personnel.
The power of knowledge
We invest in training our personnel by providing them with various training courses and seminars.
This year, each team member received more than 40 hours training on average.
Education
Supporting future leaders is one of the notions we follow.
We have supported all the reputable universities of Cyprus by participating in career fairs, mentoring and assessing students' performance on the ICAEW business games, and delivering insightful knowledge through seminars.
Also, we have awarded students that excel in their studies by receiving the RSM Award of Excellence at Uclan University and Neapolis Pafos.
New leaders
Beginning of the year, Kypros Kyriakou was promoted to Senior Audit Manager, leading teams for providing audit and consulting services.
Also, we have welcomed into our team Marios Charalambides as Partner and Head of Financial Services, Elena Maniatopoulou Hadjipanayi as Partner and Head of HR Advisory services and Nicole Stavrinidou as Quality Assurance Director,
Expanding our service lines
We expanded our service lines with two exceptional professionals with many years of profound experience in the financial services industry and the sector of HR advisory services.
International Conferences
In an effort to further promote Cyprus as a business hub, we were official supporters of the 5th Cyprus International Tax conference and the Platinum Sponsor of the 8th International Funds Summit and Expo.
ESG
Even the smallest gesture can significantly impact someone's life.
We provided our help to our fellow Ukrainian by joining the Humanitarian Aid Mission for food collection. We donated medical equipment to the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society and helped them raise funds at the Christmas fair to support the complementary Palliative Care Services they provide.
Additionally, we offered a donation to Funraising, which helps families and children in need of basic materials and supplies, and sponsored the basketball team APOP.
Pro bono services
We offered pro bono auditing services to the Cyprus Third Age Observatory in an effort to enhance their work in supporting the elderly to remain active and enjoy a balanced way of life.
