The RSM Cyprus NextGen Accelerator program is a selective, performance-driven program designed to prepare ambitious undergraduates for a future in assurance, tax and consulting. Running from June to July, this intensive two-month program serves as a proving ground for undergraduate students ready to operate at a higher level of professional readiness.

The RSM Cyprus NextGen Accelerator program is not like our Summer Internship program. It is built for growth, offering a program to transition from a student mindset to a professional career.
Instead of watching from the sidelines, you will contribute meaningfully to our team from day one. You will demonstrate sound judgment, analyse data and support live engagements, helping you to Take Charge of Change in your career path.

What will you do?
During this two-month program, you will experience the life of an auditor first-hand. We have designed your responsibilities to challenge you and accelerate your professional development:
- You will work with real client data to gain insights.
- Participate in working sessions with partners and managers.
- You will assist our teams on live engagements, providing a practical understanding of our core services.
Who are we looking for?
This program is selective. We look for individuals with a forward-thinking and clear vision for their future. You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Finished your 2nd year of academic studies in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing an ACCA or ACA qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to approach problems creatively.
- A willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

By participating in the RSM Cyprus NextGen Accelerator program, you will gain a better understanding of what it means to work in a professional environment, moving beyond an introduction to take on real responsibility for auditors' tasks. The program offers additional advantages, including greater exposure to real client projects and tailored mentorship, giving you the opportunity to truly understand the core work auditors do across a variety of industries. This approach prepares you for future placement and builds the confidence needed to excel in the field.
A: Each day is unique, but you will work alongside your team to review and test client financial statements and related information, applying your analytical skills on a broad range of audit assignments across different industries. Your mentors will guide you through various tasks, ensuring you gain practical experience and insight into the audit profession.
A: You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals who are committed to your growth, providing continuous feedback, guidance and opportunities to develop your capabilities.
A: Absolutely. You will work closely with your peers and senior team members, building work relationships and receiving regular feedback to help you progress. The program also connects you to our wider global network, giving you opportunities to network with RSM colleagues from around the world. You may get involved in a collaborative project in the long run, explore secondment opportunities or take part in global training sessions that develop your expertise even further. In addition, while being a full member of the RSM Cyprus team, new talent may be selected for the RSM Forward Sprint, our annual collaborative training program for young talent across European member organisations. 'Forward Thinkers' work together to address real business challenges and build cross-border relationships as part of the RSM Global Strategy.
