Speaking of innovation has by now become an imperative for companies, but how many are actually committed to make it part of their business?

 

Actually there is a substancial difference between speaking of innovation and implementing it effectively and methodologically into one’s business.

Innovation has become one of RSM pillars, togheter with respect, integrity and professionalism.

Fully aware of the fact that people are the real corporate engine, and that innovation starts from them, at RSM we try everyday to encourage the innovative mindset of our staff.

This is way we have launched Buzz Lightyear project, an indoor contest following leadership idea to disseminate at RSM a culture open to innovation and critical thinking.

The project is organized and managed by RSM S.p.A. Innovation Lab team, coordinated by Luca Pulli, expert in Design Thinking and Gamification, who has been long using its methodology with clients.

Design Thinking approach starts from the full involvement of both people and their needs, to then stimulate labour creativity through innovative analysis tools, allowing both RSM staff and clients to face any kind of corporate challenge.

The use of gaming amplifies its efficacy, increasing creativity, people involvement and facilitating co-creation.

Buzz Lightyear project aims at generating innovation in four thematics areas: HR, market strategy, brand and leadership.

Through the involvement of 24 resources that will be divided in 4 working teams.

Each team will have to make a proposal, with the support and monitoring of Innovation Lab team. The team developing the best idea will be awarded next January.

Today more than ever we need stimuli, and this initiative represents an occasion to test ourselves and express ourselves and our clues for improvement.
