RSM Societa' di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A. team, leaded by Partner Luca D’Ambrosio has assisted Fenix Entertainment S.p.A. in fulfilling comfort letters issue for listing on AIM Pro Italia, the new segment organised and managed by Borsa Italiana.

Fenix Entertainment S.p.A. is the first company entering AIM Italia professional segment set up last 20 of July and dedicated to institutional and professional investors, meeting the listing needs of a larger number of companies. AIM Italy new segment is characterised by a single daily bid, allowing SMEs to enter the market more gradually.

Fenix Entertainment S.p.A. is a young and dinamic company, set up in 2016 by brothers Riccardo and Matteo di Pasquale and by actress Roberta Giarrusso. Fenix Entertainment follows audiovisual projects both for production and communication. Together with filmmaking, television and music activities, it manages corporate communication plans.

Through listing, the Company aims at strengthening its organization and its positioning on productive market.

In 2019 Fenix Entertainment reported a considerable acceleration of economic performance: about €7,5 ml production value, €1,9 ml EBITDA and €1,1 ml net profit. Forecasts for 2020 show a remarkable growth trend.

RSM team involved in the IPO process has been set up, besides by Luca D’Ambrosio, by Francesco Greco (Manager) and Riccardo Zoppellaro (Associate). RSM team involved in the statutory audit is composed by Calogero Montante (Partner) and Raffaella D’Attilio (Director).
