The approach begins with an analysis of needs and available opportunities, continues with the definition of targeted interventions, and concludes with operational management and reporting, ensuring transparency, compliance, and measurability of results.

AREAS OF INTERVENTION

Analysis of funding opportunities 
Identification of funding opportunities available at national, regional or interprofessional level, in line with development objectives and organisational profiles. 

Design and management of funded training programmes 
Design of tailored training initiatives, with end-to-end support in managing administrative procedures, documentation and reporting requirements. 

Funded digital and innovative training
Dedicated support for digitalisation projects and training on digital tools and artificial intelligence, with coverage of up to 100% of eligible costs for public administrations and organisations accessing dedicated funding schemes. 

Monitoring and evaluation of results 
Ongoing support throughout the entire lifecycle of funded training projects, ensuring compliance with requirements, successful access to funding and the measurement of organisational impact.
