BIOGRAPHY

Eric began his career in the field of corporate insolvency and restructuring with one of the Big Six accounting firms in 1997 after completed his studies in Australia. 


Eric’s professional experience include various corporate insolvency assignments in receivership (both private and court appointment) for property developers and manufacturing sectors, Monitoring Accountants, Special Administration assignments (pursuant to the Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Act 1998) and Voluntary and Compulsory Winding-Up of companies for property developers, services and manufacturing companies. Eric was also involved in the rehabilitation and schemes of arrangement involving abandoned projects funded privately and by the Ministry of Housing and Local Governments. 


Eric is one of the contributors of a panel of insolvency and legal practitioners for a reference material entitled “Law & Practice of Corporate Insolvency in Malaysia” published by Sweet & Maxwell and Thomson Reuters published in 2015.
