BIOGRAPHY

Pei Fern is an experienced tax professional specialising in Malaysian corporate tax compliance and advisory.

Her involvement in corporate tax advisory assignments includes tax due diligence, cross border transactions, corporate restructuring, Real Property Gains Tax, Capital Gains Tax, stamp duty and incentives application.

With the introduction of the Malaysia’s e-Invoicing, she has also assisted clients (local and international) with their e-Invoicing implementation projects.
