Yvette has over 15 years of experience as a tax advisor and joined RSM in 2018 in the international corporate tax and mergers and acquisitions practice in Amsterdam.

Yvette has a broad experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of international tax advice on corporate and withholding taxes. She has advised multinationals on structuring their investments in the Netherlands and from the Netherlands to other countries, setting up holding and financing structures, performing ATAD2 (hybrid mismatch) analyses, drafting ATAD2 documentation, on fixed formation issues and implementing the required substance in Dutch holding structures, for example in the context of ATAD 3.

Yvette also focuses on the tax merger and acquisition practice, where she and her team provide tax support in acquisition or sales processes. The M&A team assists clients with tax due diligence, pre- or post deal restructuring, setting up acquisition and financing structures, and during negotiations on transaction documentation.

Yvette is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers and is also part of the Office of Professional Technology of RSM International.
