Dorette van de Meulenhof is a Chartered Accountant and has 19 years of experience in audit. She joined RSM on 1 June 2026 as Director Quality & Professional Practice.

Prior to joining RSM, Dorette gained extensive experience and expertise at a Big Four firm, working with both national and international clients. She also held roles in Compliance and Professional Practice across several offices. Dorette specialises in delivering training and professional education, audit methodology, and quality reviews of audit files and financial statements. She is also a lecturer at Nyenrode Business University.

Dorette is analytical and critical, and continuously strives to take quality to the next level.
