Kevin Repkes

Director

Kevin Repkes has been working as a Tax Director at RSM since 2026 and specialises in international corporate tax. He supports multinational companies with complex tax matters, including international restructurings, cross-border transactions, Pillar Two, and the management of global tax compliance and tax reporting obligations.

Before joining RSM, Kevin spent more than eight years in the tax department of a listed Dutch multinational. In this role, he worked on a broad range of international tax matters, including group restructurings, business reorganisations, tax accounting and tax technology. Prior to that, he spent eleven years in the international tax advisory practice of a Big Four firm.

With experience on both the advisory and in-house side, Kevin understands the challenges multinational companies face. He is known for his pragmatic approach and his ability to translate complex tax matters into practical and workable solutions.
