Steef van Kuijen

Director

Steef joined RSM in 2018 and has over 10 years of experience as a financial advisor. Prior to RSM, Steef worked for Deloitte Transaction Services in Amsterdam and Deloitte's Pension Advisory department. He holds an MSc in Finance from the Free University of Amsterdam ("VU"). Steef is currently a CFA Level III charter candidate and has completed the Strategic Leadership Program (SLP) at Nyenrode Business University.

As Director within the Dutch Transaction Advisory Services (Due Diligence), part of Financial Advisory Services practice, Steef specializes in large and complex (international) merger and acquisition transactions, mainly through due diligence and carve-out support.

Steef provides services to clients from a variety of sectors, including mid-sized private equity houses, strategic buyers, large corporations, capital markets and multinationals. He has also served clients from the IT, technology, engineering, global manufacturing and industrial supply industries, giving him valuable expertise in these sectors.

Steef is highly experienced and can switch gears at multiple levels within the organization.
