RSM International, the global audit, tax and consulting network which serves dynamic growth focused businesses, has appointed James Grant as Global Leader for Business Development and Marketing.

As the former Chief Marketing Officer for RSM UK for 6 years, James has a deep understanding of the audit, tax and consulting space and how to harness the power of digital for driving growth. Leading on a number of transformative projects for RSM UK - including the roll out of Dynamics 365, and the application of data analytics for marketing and business development, James helped shape the BD and marketing strategy for the UK firm. James also played a lead role in establishing a firm-wide approach to client experience and pioneered the launch of the first UK Middle Market Business Index (a primary research index of market conditions).   

In his new role, James will be a key member of the Global Executive Office (GEO) leadership team, leading the brand and digital, marketing communications, and business development teams and spearheading several network-wide strategic projects to propel further growth.
