Regional Leader - Europe


Gregor Schmidt joined RSM International as Regional Leader for Europe in 2018,Gregor Schmidt speaking having held the role of Chief Operations Officer at RSM Germany since 2012. 

 Despite being based in Köln, Germany, Gregor spends much of his time travelling across Europe to visit RSM Member Firms in person to help drive the implementation of the Network’s strategy. 

As Regional Leader for RSM in Europe, Gregor focuses on two key areas in his role. Firstly, growing the Network through business development, membership development and marketing activities such as representing RSM at key industry events. Secondly, nurturing existing and future talent within RSM's European Firms by leading professional development initiatives and developing the skills of senior leaders. 

Gregor takes great pride in helping to grow team spirit and foster greater collaboration across borders, which continues to drive RSM’s success. In addition, Gregor has also intensified RSM’s focus on people and innovation within Europe.

Gregor enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Ideally, this time is connected with sports, especially football and surfing, and also enjoying good food and a glass of wine.
