From humble beginnings, Peter and Michelle have grown Healthy n Fresh into one of New Zealand's leading suppliers of Asian leafy greens, helping introduce Kiwi households to fresh produce such as bok choy, kai lan, choy sum and many other favourites. What started with just a handful of crates has grown into a thriving operation supplying supermarkets throughout New Zealand.

Their success has been built on a willingness to innovate, invest and adapt. The development of their state of the art hydroponic growing systems has enabled year-round supply, greater efficiency and resilience, even through challenging events such as Cyclone Gabrielle. Alongside this growth, they have remained committed to sustainability, environmental stewardship and creating a better workplace for their team.

Perhaps most impressive is the impact they have had on changing the way New Zealanders eat. Through education, partnerships and a focus on quality, Peter and Michelle have helped bring new flavours and fresh produce into kitchens across the country.
