2016 Women of Influence awards

Diversity, particularly in leadership has become a priority internationally.

In its fourth year, the Women of Influence programme is designed to identify, recognise and celebrate the 100 most influential women shaping New Zealand across 10 categories: Arts and Culture, Board and Management, Business Enterprise, Community and Not for Profit, Diversity, Global, Innovation, Public Policy and Rural.

Presented by Fairfax Media and Westpac, the New Zealand Women of Influence programme recognises and celebrates women from all walks of life who make a difference to everyday Kiwis. The programme is committed to increasing the visibility of women's leadership in New Zealand, highlighting the important contribution women take in creating a bold and diverse future for New Zealand.

New Zealand Women of Influence is dedicated to uncovering women who have committed time and energy to help and encourage other women in their industry, and who are fighting for change every day - be it in their workplace, their community of among their peers.

We at RSM are thrilled that Jennifer Gill, CEO of Foundation North has been announced as a finalist in the Community and Not for Profit category. Congratulations on your nomination Jenny, we can't think of anyone in the sector more worthy.

The category winners and the supreme award winner will be announced at the Women of Influence Awards dinner at SKYCITY on 12 October.
