Grant said “I am passing the leadership of the firm into very capable hands. Liz has excellent leadership skills, a real passion and commitment to the firm, and extensive experience providing business advice across a diverse range of industries.  RSM has built a strong national and global brand and I’m convinced it will continue to grow under Liz’s direction. I am delighted to stay in the RSM family and in my role as partner, to continue to add value to our clients’ businesses.”

RSM is also excited to welcome tax specialist Lisa Murphy who joins the team as tax partner on 1 February 2017.  Lisa has over 20 years specialist tax experience and significant accomplishments managing IRD investigations, tax planning, structuring property transactions and addressing corporate tax issues faced by companies both domestically and internationally.

Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and a Masters of Taxation with first class honours, and is a member of CAANZ.

Liz Groenewegen states "Lisa has extensive experience in tax. She comes to us with a proven track record, with a reputation for providing outstanding client service and for her ability to add value to each and every one of her clients.  The tax team has experienced significant growth and we are confident that with Lisa at the helm the tax team will continue to grow and to deliver excellent service to both local and international clients. We are delighted to welcome Lisa to RSM.”

These appointments further enhance the experience and knowledge which exists within RSM, and the firm’s proven ability to assist clients to develop outstanding business and accounting strategies with which to propel their organisations forward.
