How to bury a company

We are often asked to assist with getting rid of companies that are no longer needed. This is usually when a business or property has been sold, or when trading in a company has simply ceased. In these situations, directors are often keen to get rid of the company to stop any ongoing compliance costs, to make sure no further issues arise, or to access tax free capital gains in the company.
