Nicola Turner is a Partner in RSM New Zealand's Auckland office and has been with the firm since 2006.
With extensive experience across accounting, taxation and business advisory services, Nicola works closely with businesses to help them grow, improve performance and achieve their financial objectives. She is known for her practical approach, strong client relationships and commitment to helping clients navigate challenges with confidence.
Nicola is passionate about understanding the numbers behind a business and finding solutions that allow business owners to focus on what matters most.
Experience
Nicola began her career with RSM in 2006 and quickly established strong relationships with a number of the firm's larger clients. Over the years, she has worked alongside these businesses, supporting their growth through every stage of their journey.
Her experience spans annual financial reporting, taxation compliance, cashflow management, budgeting and business planning. Through her commitment to client success and her technical expertise, Nicola progressed from graduate accountant to Partner, where she now oversees the Highbrook book-keeping and payroll team while continuing to develop and manage her own client portfolio.
Throughout her career, Nicola has developed particular expertise in supporting childcare centres, manufacturing businesses, property developers and organisations requiring cashflow forecasting and budgeting support.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her young family and making the most of weekends together. Much of that time is happily spent on the sidelines at local sports fields, supporting and encouraging her kids and being part of the community.
