Principal

Scott is a Principal in RSM New Zealand's Auckland North office, specialising in helping businesses grow, improve profitability and strengthen cashflow.

With a strong background in both commercial accounting and business advisory, Scott works closely with business owners to develop practical strategies that support sustainable growth and long-term success. He is passionate about building strong client relationships and helping businesses navigate challenges with confidence.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Scott leads the Auckland North team, supporting the personal and professional development of his colleagues while maintaining a strong focus on client service excellence. 

Experience

Scott began his career as a commercial accountant before moving to London, where he gained valuable experience working in business services roles for several large UK organisations.

After returning to New Zealand and joining RSM, Scott's extensive commercial and advisory experience enabled him to quickly progress to Principal. Throughout his career, he has developed particular expertise in business planning, forecasting, cashflow management and profitability improvement.

His practical understanding of business operations allows him to work alongside clients to identify opportunities, solve problems and implement strategies that deliver measurable results.
