Addie is a Principal in RSM New Zealand's Auckland North office and has been with the firm since 2016.
With more than 10 years of accounting and advisory experience, Addie works closely with clients to provide practical, value-added advice that supports business growth and long-term success. She is passionate about understanding each client's unique circumstances and helping them navigate opportunities and challenges with confidence.
Known for her relationship-focused approach, Addie is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and connecting them with the right people and resources to support their goals.
Experience
Addie joined RSM New Zealand in 2016 as part of the Asian Division in Albany and has progressed through the firm to the role of Principal.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise across all aspects of accounting and business advisory services, supporting a diverse client base with financial, compliance and growth-related matters.
Her ability to understand both the commercial and personal aspects of her clients' journeys has enabled her to build trusted relationships and deliver practical solutions that create lasting value.

Born in Guangzhou, China, and having moved to New Zealand at a young age, Addie has a deep appreciation for both Chinese and Kiwi cultures. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she is able to support a diverse range of clients and build strong cross-cultural relationships.
Outside of work, Addie enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found taking leisurely walks with her dog.
