Principal

Addie joined RSM NZ in 2016 as part of the Asian Division in Albany. With over 10 years of experience, Addie has a solid base in all aspects of accounting which saw her progress to Principal.

Addie is a qualified Chartered Accountant, keen on providing clients with value added services that assist with business growth. She strongly believes that a great understanding of the clients’ background empowers her to facilitate meaningful connections between clients and other professionals. She is well regarded for achieving the best possible outcomes for clients' unique circumstances. 

Born in Guangzhou China, Addie migrated to New Zealand at the age of 10 and started her life in NZ at a local primary school. This has enabled Addie to understand and embrace both Chinese and Kiwi culture. Addie has excellent written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Outside of her work commitments, you will often spot Addie taking leisurely walks with her dog - keeping her furry friend in shape one step at a time.
