Bhavika is a Partner at RSM New Zealand with extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting and business advisory services.

Having built her career from graduate level through to senior leadership, Bhavika combines strong technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach. She works closely with business owners and management teams to help them navigate financial complexity, strengthen business performance and achieve their long-term objectives.

Her ability to communicate effectively across cultures, combined with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati, has enabled her to develop strong relationships with a diverse client base across a wide range of industries. 

Experience

Bhavika began her accounting career in 2003 as a graduate with a mid-tier accounting firm in central Auckland. Starting at ground level provided her with a strong foundation across all aspects of client accounting and business advisory services, leading to her rapid progression into senior management roles.

She later joined RSM as a Senior Manager, working closely with partners and the accounting team before progressing to Partner.

Throughout her career, Bhavika has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, group structures, company consolidations, complex tax calculations and family trust compliance. She also has significant experience in cashflow forecasting, budgeting and funding requirements, helping businesses improve financial visibility and make informed decisions.
