Charles Worth is a Partner in RSM New Zealand's Auckland office with more than 20 years of accounting experience across both professional practice and commercial finance roles.
Charles provides strategic advice to business owners and organisations across a broad range of industries, helping them navigate complex business, tax and succession matters. He is known for building strong, long-term relationships with clients and delivering practical solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
His experience spans taxation, family business advisory, succession planning, corporate advisory and business structuring, with particular expertise in supporting growing and owner-managed businesses.
Experience
Charles began his career with Deloitte before gaining experience both in New Zealand and internationally. In addition to his time in professional practice, he has held financial controller positions, giving him valuable commercial insight into the challenges faced by business owners and management teams.
Over the course of his career, Charles has developed extensive expertise in taxation, succession planning, corporate advisory and business structuring. He also has experience advising on international tax matters and cross-border structuring requirements.
